Competitive Dynamics International (hereinafter "CDI") is committed to protecting the privacy of the personal information we collect.   • Professional or Employment-Related Information: Employer name, department, history of participation in CDI implementations, and certifications obtained.

  • Geolocation Data: Approximate location based on network for security and regional compliance purposes.

  • Sensitive Data (Limited): Access credentials for platforms (CDI Connect). CDI does not collect biometric, genetic, or health data without explicit consent and a specific industrial safety purpose.

3. Sources of Information

We collect information from the following sources:

  1. Directly from you: When you register for our seminars, download materials (White Papers), or contract our services.

  2. From your employer: Within the framework of a corporate implementation of the MDW™ methodology.

  3. Automatic Collection: Through cookies and tracking technologies on our website.

4. Use of Information (Business Purposes)

We use your information to:

  • Provide consulting and operational transformation services.

  • Manage access to and use of the CDI Connect system.

  • Send marketing communications and updates on "Operational Excellence" (subject to your right to opt-out).

  • Ensure the security of our platforms and prevent fraud.

  • Comply with legal obligations and regulatory audits.

5. Disclosure and Sale of Information

CDI DOES NOT SELL OR SHARE your personal information for third-party behavioral advertising purposes. We disclose information only to:

  • Service Providers: Companies that support us with IT infrastructure, data hosting, and analytics (under strict confidentiality agreements).

  • Your Employer: Progress reports and performance metrics related to the MDW™ implementation.

Depending on your state of residence (notably California, Colorado, Virginia, etc.), you have the following rights:

  • Right to Know/Access: Request what personal information we hold about you.

  • Right to Delete: Request the deletion of your personal information, subject to legal exceptions (e.g., contract fulfillment).

  • Right to Correct: Request the update of inaccurate data.

  • Right to Non-Discrimination: You will not be denied services or charged different prices for exercising your privacy rights.

  • Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Data: You may restrict how we use data considered "sensitive" under the CPRA.

7. Universal Opt-Out Signals (GPC)

Our website is configured to recognize universal opt-out preference signals, such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC). If your browser sends this signal, we will treat it as a valid request to opt-out of any data "sharing" (although CDI does not engage in commercial data sharing).

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the described purposes or as required by the 48-month legal statutes of limitation associated with our transformation contracts.

Since CDI operates in over 78 countries, your information may be processed on servers located outside your state or country of residence. CDI uses Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and data protection frameworks to ensure these transfers meet required security standards.
